SHIPPING POLICY
 

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt excluding public holidays and weekends.

Flat rate standard posting of $10 applies to orders under $100. Free standard shipping is included for orders over $100.00.

All domestic orders are sent via Standard Australia Post with the option of Express Posting for an additional $4 .  “Signature required” and parcel tracking are included in all options.

Including your email address will allow us to send you purchase updates and will not be used to send other emails without your permission. However we do encourage you to sign up to our mailing list to receive new product information, updates and promotions directly to your inbox.

 

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
 

For any undamaged product in original condition simply return it with its packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund.  Please notify us by email prior to sending.
Postage will be at the customer’s expense.

Every lure is inspected and tank tested before packaging and guaranteed. However should you receive a product deemed to be faulty, send us an email at sales@lethallures.com.au within 14 days of receiving it, outlining the details.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either replace the product or offer a full refund.

Replacement of any product is at the discretion of Lethal Lures.
